What is Pilates and how can it improve my yoga practice?
When we talk about Naked in Motion, we usually just say "naked yoga," but as Naked in Motion's only current Pilates instructor, I feel it important to incorporate some Pilates into my classes. Many people reach out to me with questions about Pilates, so I'm excited to share some of my thoughts about Pilates, including a brief history, what it involves, and how it's related to yoga and can benefit your yoga practice.
