NYC Naked! $10 Yoga for International Yoga Day

In 2014, India's Prime Minister, Narenda Modi, proposed the designation. "It is not about exercise but to discover the sense of oneness with yourself, the world and the nature. By changing our lifestyle and creating consciousness, it can help in well being. Let us work towards adopting an International Yoga Day." The United Nations General Assembly unanimously declared June 21st as International Day of Yoga, celebrated across the world for the first time in 2015, and every year since.

If you are new to Naked! yoga, or yoga in general, this is an opportunity to give it a try! If you are currently a student, take advantage of this discounted class
(and help spread the word)!

All levels and genders welcome.

Sophia will teach a Vinyasa-inspired yoga class followed by an extended, relaxing meditation (about 75 minutes total).

As per all Naked in Motion class, trans & cis women, and anyone who was assigned female at birth,
have the option to wear bottoms.

Curious about this rule? Visit nakedinmotion.com/mission to read all about it.

Menstruation doesn’t necessitate wearing bottoms: feel free to use any menstrual management tools.

Also, please make use of anything that affirms and supports your gender (e.g. binders, chest pieces, packers).

Everyone should be an active, willing participant and at least 18 years old.

Pricing

$10 Early Bird tickets are available through June 17th! Regular Price tickets are $15.

*We strongly prefer you pay online via MindBody, but if you need to pay in cash, you must email reservations@nakedinmotion.com to reserve a spot and pay $15 cash at the door. Space is VERY limited, so if we're at capacity and you haven't emailed to reserve a spot, we may not be able to accommodate you.
